"This was a wonderful property! It is definitely an older hotel- but that is the charm! The new owners are clearly taking loving care of it. In that district, everything is older, and it is very well maintained and clean. It is in a PERFECT location to talk to some great places to eat, shop, or get coffee. "When we arrived things seemed ok. When we left our room to check things out we learned that if you rent a vehicle, which we did, you are charged a daily valet fee of $40 even if you do not use your vehicle for the day. You cannot bypass the valet charge as there is no parking on the hotel resort. There is also a daily $75 resort fee. "It was overall a good experience. What sets it apart is the price and the breakfast. Also onsite restaurant, so you don’t have to go elsewhere. The room was clean and well set up and was satisfactory for one night. The staff was friendly and the breakfast crew went above and beyond. The only negative is no elevator and no one to help with your bags to climb up the stairs."

"I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. There was no cleaning done to Room #301. I had to ask for towels and bath mats daily. One of the electric outlets had black burn marks on it. We didn't touch it. We had to empty our bedroom/bathroom trash daily. No one came to the room at all. There was no bed linen change either. The room was clean when we got there.
