There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. "This was the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever encountered. My family and I were traveling overnight, prior to booking this hotel I called to let them know what time I would be arriving and to see if I would be able to check in early. I was told yes, so I continued my booking. Just to arrive at 5 am and be told the room was given away and they no longer had any rooms available for me to get into, until 11am. "Everything was great, the staff was AMAZING, especially Ms. Kathy and the front desk staff. I highly recommend staying at this property. "

"This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate."

"Rather clean and maintained. Breakfast staff very friendly. Front desk staff not very informative. just blunt, ask name , took credit card and handed me room keys. Since large, had to ask best place to bring in luggage, told just go around back. housekeeping cordial when meeting in hallways. Our door to closet just propped up. Didnt need it closed but could be hazardous to someone with small children or someone that didnt look up and just pulled it. the lady at desk on leaving nice. ...

"One elevator and it was shared by cleaning staff and guests, also very slow. Keyed rooms doors did not work well and had to have my keys redone both days of our stay. The staff were kind and helped each time. "

"A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. Didn’t make it up in time for breakfast but it smelled good. I felt very safe , would return in a heartbeat. Very clean, comfortable bed."
