"Outside was a bit sketchy but when you walk in it was beautiful. Never judge a book by its cover kinda moment lol staff were helpful and nice, the room was exactly like the pictures so pretty. They do require a $50 deposit when you check in and it’s refundable when u check out. Overall was a nice place to stay."

"We all enjoyed our stay and most of the afternoon we were out but we sleep very well thru the three nights, the only thing was the tissue holder kept popping off. But all in all we enjoyed our stay and Thank you.. beds were very comfortable and the sheet was different from most place we stay and it felt like home. Thank you for all u do 👍🤗"

"The first room was disgusting there was dried up poop and the pillow had makeup it stunk like urine. We walked in walked out. The second room was a little better but had to get towels. We had the room for 2 days left the next morning lost out on 2nd day. "

"The breakfast left a little to be desired. The potatoes were stibe cold. There were ehh fritattas that were also cold. No meat options. What bugged me was gaving our "Do Not Disturb" sign up, but a cleaning staff member knocked on our door at 9:42 am on Dunday morning and actually asked when we were leaving. Checkout time was noon and we wanted a bit more sleep before making our trip back home. She woke me up. I was very irritated. I told the front desk man about and he offered a bottle of water to "compensate" but I didn't take the offer. I said i already had bottles of water. The cheek! Not staying at Element again."
