"I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay here. While the rooms were clean and the stay was generally pleasant, I was very disappointed with the service provided by the front desk staff. I found the level of hospitality to be unacceptable; there was no welcome, greeting, or any effort made to make guests feel invited. Specifically, this morning, the staff member on duty remained seated on her phone. When I said hello, she looked at me as if I were pestering her. I believe it is important for customer service representatives to understand that their main purpose is to provide friendly and professional service to guests. "The overall visual of the hotel is rundown and tired. The elevator feels filthy and takes up to 10 min to arrive. I booked a suite so I would have a refrigerator and microwave, there was food from previous guests in the fridge. Curdled milk and soggy lettuce. Yuck. The sheets had tiny little hairs in them, gross. I would not stay here again."
