"Exelente ubicacion personal muy atentos y amables ricos desayunos ,habitaciones muy limpias también un exelente bar y restaurant roof top todo en solo lugar !! Muchas gracias por todas sus atenciónes !"

"Room was older but nice. They do not have a store to buy medicine and stuff. They do have a kitchen and snacks for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was excellent. Conviently located near uptown. Only one ice machine worked. Did not see a vending machine."

"We only stayed one night, and the only complaint we had was that the bathroom door had a window in it that you could not cover. Really odd!"

"Pretty good stay considering the renovations in progress."

"Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast. What more can you ask for?"

"Was told I wasn't a priority. Ran out of TP because they were super stingy with it. Had cobwebs in the corners, even though it was "cleaned" right before we checked in. Bedroom TV didnt work, asked them to fix it day 1, was never worked on or fixed the whole week we were there. Bathroom fan either doesn't work or was broke, again never fixed or looked at. Breakfast was under whelming but fine."

"Great stay for the balloon festival. Very nice hotel and the staff was excellent"

"The staff are not completely informed of whether or not they have cribs for families needing them. I called to check a month in advance and a staff member checked, and confirmed they had one. The information was noted in my reservation record. When I contacted them to reconfirm the crib’s availability before my arrival, the Front Desk staff members said they didn’t have cribs. ??! I said that a staff member checked weeks ago with housekeeping and they told me otherwise. I mentioned the request...

"Friendly staff, clean and the bed was super comfortable. Definitely will be staying again."
