"There was roaches in this room.. The towels had stains... There are signs that say no smoking but have big cans outside on the walk way that have cigarette buds in them."

"This property is a dive. Full stop. My hunch is that it’s a Section 8 temporary shelter property. Pool had at least 3-4 dozen shrieking kids running up and down unsupervised, rooms are filthy and poorly maintained… shower had a leak that drenched the whole bathroom (and all of our things), towels still had remnants of previous guest’s hair, AC didn’t work, bed had all the comfort of a hide-a-bed with none of the functionality. In the lobby, there was a trail of blood spattered over about 20 ft…. Informed the front desk, the guy never looked up from his Solitaire game and said, “not my job.” Truly awful experience."

"Excellent breakfast. There was a water leak from the 2nd floor entry area onto the entry into our room causing water to drip and a large puddle to form. It was present for our entire 2 day stay. Also the electric outlet in the bathroom didn't work. Both problems were reported during our stay."

"The bathroom wasn't very clean. There was a dirty wash rag laying on the floor and the toilet wasn't clean."

"Hotel Zazz is a wonderful gem. It is decorated with bright, creative local art works-even the soap bars are locally curated! The room was very clean and staff kept it well stocked. The Speakeasy bar was a hit! Loved the energy and the location—I highly recommend Hotel Zazz!"

"Haven’t stayed at an Embassy Suites for years! This was just as I remembered… loved it! Stay was great all around and if you are in Albuquerque I would ONLY stay here! It’s safe, clean, and relaxing! "
