"I thought the breakfast options were excellent, some of the best I've seen. Excellent protein options, multiple juice options, bacon, and oatmeal. The staff was also very friendly and helped me to plan my Balloon Fiesta week. Th room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was spacious and well laid out. The furniture itself looked tired and old; one of the dressers had a drawer that would not close completely. The closet doors were low quality and the furniture in the bedroom looked like it...

"Great stay for the balloon festival. Very nice hotel and the staff was excellent"

"Property was kept clean and parking lot well lighted. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room is only bed/refrigerator/mini microwave. There are no extras such as coffee pot, shampoo, body wash, facial tissue, iron, etc. Bare minimum in bath/hand towels, and one wash cloth! I'm sure I could have requested additional towels. I believe there was a soda vending machine in office, no other extras! Propety is in a very poor area, Homeless people are constantly nearby. Many "street...

"Gym was perfect. Needs a rope handle for the gym"

"Everything was in good standards"

"This is my third stay at the Imperial, and that says it all. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a convenient location. Love the vibe!"

"The bathroom is designed poorly, no useful towel holder"

One hotel employee soured my visit, greeting me with a frown throughout my stay. I observed the same employee treating others with friendliness. I...

I had called regarding a charge prior to visit , when it was stated "pay at property". It was explained it is a hold, which is fine, but was also mentioned that "that's why they dislike expedia and third party sites, cause no one knows what's going on". I then , during my visit, heard an employee say to another...
