"The room was clean with the exception of the hair in the sink and shower. Gross. The hallway leading to the room (2nd floor) smelled awful! Mold and garbage maybe. Very loud occupants in other rooms. We could hear walking up above us which is odd. I had to call the front desk in the middle of the night due to the people across from us having a rager of a party. Staff handled it immediately. Beds were very worn out and overly soft and the frames were so loud that everytime we turned over, they made a horrible noise. Could just be this area of Pensacola but the guests were on the unsavory side to say the least. Very disappointed. This is the first and last time I stray from my usual hotel chain (Hilton). We checked out a day early. "

The grounds need more markings between the curb and the pavement yellow strips because the curbs and the pavement are the same color. I twisted my ankle on one. The staff was very nice, but the place itself needs some updating and not plastic flowers in the flower pots."

"Was texted multiple times to ask about the stay. I requested (twice) that my room be serviced each day as I was staying multiple days. I was told it would be. It was not. I could stay home and sleep in an unmade bed. "

"Parking was easy and safe. The rooms were well maintained. Location was not far from beach. This was my second time staying here and enjoyed it. "
