"So much was wrong. They failed to pick us up from the airport. We were there for 3 days and 2. The first room smelled (the covers, bedding, and rug). The toilet couldn’t flush properly. The in-room phone didn’t work. They didn’t answer the WhatsApp number. So, every time there was an issue we had to send our kid to the main building to speed with the receptionist. They came to fix it twice. It did not remain fixed. I had a hard time sleeping. We were moved to another room it was decent. It...

"Rooms are outdated and very worn and old. The washrooms are quite filthy. Staff is not particularly trained well to greet and handle customers. It is by no way shape or form a 5 star hotel by how it operates, it reminds me more of a two or three star."

"La prima camera assegnata, terribile, sporca , lenzuola e coperte con macchie evidenti. Abbiamo, con l'aiuto del personale , girato piú di una camera per trovarla pulita. Piscina inutilizzabile , acqua ghiacciata. Buona la posizione vicina al centro e a 2 minuti a piedi per il tempio di luxor, di fronte all' attracco delle navi da crociera, e se avete la camera da quel lato il rumore è forte, insonorizzazione pessima.Discreta la colazione , è ossessiva la ricerca di mance da parte del personale...

The only thing I would comment on is the pool needed a little bit more cleaning but with how hot it is we did not care. This one minor blip didn’t ruin anything for us and we would highly recommend. It’s in good walking distance to places as well."

The room was clean and had everything you need. Overall, a great experience. I'm grateful to Hanna, who works in the restaurant, for hes attentiveness and excellent service, which made my trip easier and more enjoyable. The food was fantastic, and breakfast was on time. "Le dejo una estrella por que para empezar no me recogieron , mi transporte se retrasó llegué a la 4am y me dijeron que a las 12 es el check out le dije que solo quería descansar una horas estaba muy cansada, la cama estaba bastante incómoda ese colchón estaba como esponja , el baño sucio y no nos dieron ni una sola toalla y faltando 2 min para las 12 nos dijeron que tenemos que irnos los empleados estaban afuera esperando en la puerta fue horrible esa experiencia por esa razón no lo recomiendo...
