"On arrival we received a Free Welcome Pack & Free Drinks. Extremely good & exceptionally high quality Luxury Hotel. The location is fantastic, minutes walk to the city centre. Amazing to see how CLEAN & Polished this place is and smells like Roses. "

"Overall we were quite disappointed in this hotel. It carries the "Savoy" name but is considerably rough around the edges. One of the four hotel buildings is actually an incomplete building site. The finishings in the rooms are of a quite sub-standard (poor tile grouting, marble still have writing on it from installation, our balcony door would not lock). The hotel also charges too much for some services, given their quality. For example, the evening buffet cost around £25 per head but the food was overall fairly poor. We only ate there as our flight arrived late. Another example is that the hotel charges £20 per person for 1 hour of hot tub use, even if you have purchased spa treatments. Every other spa I have ever been to would include this for free if you had booked treatments. Cocktails are also exorbitant prices. The staff were generally very helpful, but no more so than a normal hotel."

The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the beach, and the hotel itself is a peaceful haven. The pool and gardens are beautifully maintained, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere—ideal for unwinding. Breakfast was delicious each morning, with a great selection to start the day. Overall, it’s a quiet, relaxing place that I’d happily return to and highly recommend, especially for a peaceful getaway with family."

"A real shame. The hotel looked a bit tired. Can stop thinking about the £10 they charged me for a coke and the fact there was nothing available but a £40 lunch buffet which I regretted as soon as I sat down. There are better places for the money."
