"BE warned that you have to pay for parking at this hotel. $40 if booked online, or $10 at the hotel...who that makes sense is beyond me. They have a very fancy, hand written piece of paper taped over a parking sign informing you of the $10. Also, breakfast was missing cinnamon rolls because the truck didn't come in and the pancake machine was broken."

"I seen the pictures online about the place and I was impressed and I’m on vacation. Well, when I got to the property I’m like Hell No I must be at the wrong place. The property looked ran down and you had drug addicts everywhere. So I’m thinking let’s see how the room is? Well the lady at the front desk would not let me see the room RED FLAGS? Well they changed shifts and the new guy gave me the key to the room to look at but he warned me the pictures online is not the pictures of this hotel....

"It was an okay stay. No frills hotel but you get what you pay for"

"Smelled of smoke in the room. There were big black ants in the room. Walking to the ice machine through the backyard, smelled of dog droppings. On the second floor the trash was left on the deck all night. There was a pile of poop on the landing in between the second and third floors."

"I will NEVER stay at any other hotel while visiting Baltimore. The Westin gets a 10 out of 10 from both me and my hubby. Super clean from the front desk to the room. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have EVER had, we were in awe. There was an event going on the weekend we were there so parking kinda sucked, but, after that it was all good. The bed was so super comfy, it was hard getting out of bed. I am literally in love with the Westin. Thank you!"
