"Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. "

"This hotel was a delightful surprise! Settled in the high altitudes surrounded by tea plantations and phenomenal scenery! The hotel was beautiful, very clean nice amenities 5* and the staff were fantastic! The restaurant food was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "This property is kind of unique with a nice cool hill view and the rooms were also well maintained and the area around is very reachable for all the basic items."

"Staff were excellent! Truly amazing with their dedicated focus on guest needs and comfort. Room was OK with the bathroom needing some attention especially the stained bathroom / shower floors. We had to request a change of bed sheets & bed blanket due to stains and a tear in the bed sheet. Overal a beautiful unique property."
