"This is a well maintained hotel. We have stayed several time and will continue to do so every time we come into Sherwood park. The hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable (not soft and saggy.). Breakfast is hot and there is a wide variety, and the bacon looks crisp and tastes crisp as well (we have stayed at Wyndhams where the bacon looks crisp but is very rubbery). The location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants as well as the highway."

"I was truly disappointed that we couldn’t open windows for fresh air. I called expedia for help. According to the lady i talked too, it was showing that some rooms had windows that could open. They said NO I tried to cancel the second night but they were absolutely no help. Since i had been told by expedia that they had. "The rooms were clean, we spent two (2) nights, our room wasn't cleaned. I don't know if you have to ask for cleaning. Everything has changed since COVID. No parking available but underground had lots of room. I didn't see security, there were a lot of cars double parked. Overall, it was okay, really no complaints, it was just average. "Staff were very good to deal with,rooms were clean and comfortable, nice little breakfast."

"The only issue we had was two mornings in a row the scrambled eggs pan was cold and the eggs were just liquid- not cooked. The first morning when we came down to leave the eggs were hot. This morning the pan was cold again. They tried another pan but it didn’t work. Gave up and had a yogurt. Not the same lol. Bacon was cooked nicely but the hash browns were not hot and crispy. They were warm and soggy."

"We had a wonderful stay, Our room was clean and had 2 queen size beds which we actually needed. Lobby area is quite big and clean too, good options for breakfast. We were served by Sukhmeet at the front desk and he seems a helpful staff. Even the other staff in the morning were also helpful and cheering.
