"Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally."

"Comfortable apartment with most of the things we needed. Easy walk up to the Playhouse and Princes street. Large Tesco with in easy distance. However, the blackout blind in the bedroom didn’t work and although my husband emailed the host we didn’t get a response. The microwave/oven had been replaced with a microwave and no instructions. The lights over the bunks were somewhat dubious."

"We had a lovely stay at the apartment in Edinburgh. It was very clean, family-friendly, and comfortable. The location was perfect, with Aldi just nearby, which made everything very convenient. "Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...

"I loved my stay at the Brae. It was the perfect place to get over jet lag as I embarked on a one-month vacation of the U.K. It’s a couple of miles outside of town, and the bus to downtown stops right in front of the house, which was perfect. Very comfortable for sleeping. Having a bath tub to soak in after a day full of walking was heaven. Graeme was an extremely welcoming and informative host. Definitely recommend t He Stay at the Brae."

"We stayed in the deluxe 2 bedroom unit and it was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms had black out curtains. I sent a message in advance asking for the beds in one of the rooms to be separated and they were each made with their own duvet and bedding, which we really appreciated (they were separated a couple of inches which was sufficient for us). "Our apartment had the most amazing views (flat 6 at no 4 Hanover st ) and was incredibly spacious and clean. Unfortunately we hadn’t realised we would be on the top floor with no lift and have learned to perhaps check better before booking as my husband had difficulty with stairs. Fortunately the flat was so good it made up for the difficulties. Would definitely recommend a stay here."
