This property is quiet and well located in old Edinburgh. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed making a few meals during our stay. The bathroom was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and HVAC system worked well. Excellent stay!

It's not fancy, but it's clean and comfortable and SO CLOSE to the Royal Mile. We had a kitchenette with a fridge, cooktop, dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer for the price of a regular hotel room.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of several weeks traveling around Europe. It was the perfect place to stay! It was like having our own little apartment right off of the Royal Mile. The location was amazing. It was a convenient walk to anywhere and we loved just exploring the immediate area as well. As soon as I turned into the historic Bakehouse Close I could feel the magic of this historical city. We really appreciated the washer/dryer in our room and the breakfast items were a nice touch. There's a little grocery store just a few steps away which was great since we had a full kitchen. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here the next time we're in Edinburgh.

Staff were great to deal with and very helpful. We had this booked for 7 nights but did leave for two nights for a tour. It was comfortable and a good size for the 5 nights we were there. The unit we stayed in was up to date and had nice finishing but it was very beat up from guests. It was quiet and we could open windows to make it nice and cold for us to sleep. The kitchen had everything you needed if you did buy groceries and cook meals. They had instant coffee and sugar provided. The location is great. It is close to the royal mile but about a 15 min walk to the castle. It is close to the train station and bus stops to get to and from the airport. We felt safe walking around at night, seems like a very nice area.

Good location right on the Royal Mile. No views. Nice to have a kitchen area for eating in every so often. Liked having the OJ, milk, cheese , and yogurt in the fridge and the musilli for breakfast. We just bought our own fruit.

Edinburgh’s main attractions are mostly along the Royal Mile with the Castle and Palace on either end. This property is just off the Royal Mile and is convenient to everything while being in a quiet location. We found the location to be perfect with walking to the main downtown area being only 15-20 minutes away. We used the washing machine and it worked perfectly.

Clean, has everything you need if you wanted to use the kitchen too… nice touch to include milk in the fridge too and the white company toiletries. Would question the address on the site… I walked up and down the road and had to call reception

They were doing construction early in the morning. People were loud all hours of the night. The elevator was a death trap that barely moved. Staff was not friendly.
