"The cabins are so nice, and well equipped. The on-site restaurant was awesome! It’s within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We loved it and will definitely be back."

"Very friendly staff even on a concert night I arrived early and was pressed for time ...and even though the front desk was busy cleaning rooms she managed to check me and get me where I needed to be on time..... Rooms are very well kept, clean beds nice pressure in the shower honestly no complaints at all."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. I get it is not a 5 star hotel, but the wifi was hit or miss. We noticed a lot of gnats, fruit flies, and sugar ants in the room. I was a little confused about them telling us to come to the lobby for breakfast in the morning and it was just a simple continental breakfast. I tried the coffee in the room beforehand and tossed it because the coffeemate creamer packet was bad. For $163 a night, not worth it."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The grounds are so peaceful and beautiful. The only problem we had was no access to ice (nor an ice bucket in our room). We had to go to front desk to ask for it and take it back to room. Other than that small inconvenience, it was a lovely stay."

"The location was everything we needed. The room was clean but we had tiny flies all in the room. There was a strong smell of pot the whole time we were there. I can’t do a review on breakfast because we didn’t eat there but the facility was clean. The only draw back was the flies and strong smell of pot from others staying there. The location was perfect and the room was clean."

"The office closes early. I arrived around 8 pm and had to call to check in. The process was easy once I reached the person but I didn't receive instructions in my email. I liked the three pools and the grounds were nice. Centrally located in Townsend, with approximately 20-30 minute drives to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge."
