"The property reflected the price. Overall, our stay was just fine. The pictures of how nice the hotel was is slightly deceiving. The hotel could use some upgrades. "The office closes early. I arrived around 8 pm and had to call to check in. The process was easy once I reached the person but I didn't receive instructions in my email. I liked the three pools and the grounds were nice. Centrally located in Townsend, with approximately 20-30 minute drives to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge."

"Wir sind durch Peggy sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr ruhig und praktisch zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen. Wir haben gute Tipps von Peggy erhalten, um abends schön essen zu gehen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen."

"The owner's wife checked us in and we were told that we owed a certain amount of money before we could check in. When I asked again how much we owed she said she didn't know because she couldn't see that as we booked through a third party. She also told us that they keep a copy of our credit card just in case " you were to steal my hair dryer or my pillow cases, or my coffee pot". Never had this experience there before, but I don't think I will be staying there again."

"I love this place! We were only here for 2 days, but we will definitely come back! The rooms are clean, the staff were super friendly, the beds are comfortable and the ac is ice cold!! The bad… no coffee maker in the room and the kitchen doesn’t open until 7… unfortunately we are early risers. There was a soft moldy spot in the bathroom ceiling (about the size of a softbal) that was a bit gross, but we could overlook it. All in all.. we loved the place"
