"Amazing hotel! Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast & pool!"

"Property itself deserved 4 stars, but unfortunately the service brings the rating down. This is a nice property overall, the beds were comfy, overall cleaned, but some stains around the bottom of the tub that needed some attentions. The service was subpar and brought the overall experience down. Before my family headed to the indoor pool, we asked the front desk if we needed to bring the towels. "An average stay at an average place. No complaints though the room has a slightly funky smell. The front desk person seems to do alot so she wasn't there when I walked in, but she was very friendly and efficient. I did get an upgrade and I was the end of hall so nobody on one side of me, so it was nice and quiet even being a holiday weekend. There was no remote in my room, the front desk lady brought one and fortunately I asked about the operation of the TV because when she tried to turn it...
