"My stay at the Mövenpick was very pleasant, and the location turned out to be perfect. At first, I wasn’t impressed when arriving through the back entrance—it was tight, and I could barely squeeze in to reach the front desk. I even considered leaving. But Fatima at reception, with her kindness and warm smile, convinced me to stay at least one night. I ended up staying five. She is truly wonderful and so helpful. "Our stay was excellent from start to finish. we arrived very early and left very late, and we were given a complementary room upgrade (with a phenomenal view of the F1 pit lane/Victory Parade square) and use of the facilties both before and after our stay! Some standouts: the friendly welcome and help with checkin/checkout requests from Ramiz and Rauf in the lobby, Yasin in the Lounge for whom nothing was too much trouble (and even helped me learn more Azerbaijani!), Itlik from the Sky Grill...
