Onsite restaurant was delicious. Lots of staff to help with understanding of where to go and amenities. Host was pleasant; however, throughout the stay we lost internet, tv, and power all due to nonpayment. Host communication was pleasant but show. Left the last day with a majority of my clothes stuck in the washer locked due to no power when having to go catch my flight. The power was not restored until after it was too late for me to have access to my clothes for travel.

The room had many things that went wrong from the shower holder being completely broken and the drain not emptying to the A/C remote not working meaning we were stuck at 16 degrees with no ability to change this. The WiFi did not work well enough for us to watch anything and the facilities were inadequate. They provided the dirtiest sponge for washing up I think I’ve ever seen and there was a washing machine with no supplies. The balcony door did not lock either. Finally the check in process is a joke, they state to get there before 9:30am but then you won’t be able to check in until 1pm, there is no where for your bags to be stored so we had to take them with us while we entertain ourselves for 4 hours. Lastly the statement of ‘deluxe studio’ is a big stretch, it’s a very tiny room. Not something I would call deluxe rather just simple.

Room has been neglected, needs updating, looked unkempt, especially the bathroom - bath mat was filthy. Not enough towels, no chairs on balcony, nowhere to hang wet clothes (dryer stand didnt work), shower holder broken....

I honestly wanted to type good about the place but it has over 6 different issues. 1. There is 7 slide doors and only 1 could close, took the 4 days to sort it. 2. The tails in the sitting room by the door was lefting(very hazardous) 3.for a penthouse there was no suga or even tea bags (i had to ask for a kettle and toaster, which the toaster wasn't staying down unless i hold it down) 4. The lights went out twice only in my apartment, when i open the door to check if its the whole building, there was lights in the corridor. 5. There was no mattress or pillow protection. 6. They had cockroaches and a day they had to fumigate the whole downstairs. I met a lady stayed in a next building and she said she would never stay there again as the roaches was a infestation on her block. 7. The fridge was leaking. 8.the bathroom washing as clean, i had to buy my own bleach and detol to use. 9. There was curtains ripped and falling off. 10.the walls needs painting to say its white, so much marks on it. 11. Where the AC is you can see the cracks like its gonna fall off. 12. The kitchen never had much if u wanted to cook your own meal. The stove had a big crack. 13. The cgairs in the living room was stained. 14.wifi was giving trouble. I told them about all this and all i got was sorry. I paid good money to stay there and it wasn't wat i paid for, i would never stay there again or recommend this place. They are very slow on communicating days b4 checking in.

The first day they did not give me the room I paid for. I had to wait for the next day to get the room. And there was some maintenance that needed to be done.

Upon arrival we called our host several times with no response . After waiting a long period of time we were then told there were no rooms available . No additional assistance was given They had us waiting hours The house was unavailable got days It wasnt until expedia stepped in that we were able to get a respolution . I do not recoomend Cozy. Lack of professionalism and care for the guest. Once booking is paid they wash there hands of all responsibilities

When I arrived. I waited for my room one hour. And when I got my room, it was dirty, broken kitchen door. No towel. I complain and get new room next day. But internet was not working. Tv was not working. And aircondition was on 21 degrees all the time. Because the remote control was not the right one. Have use The Gallery before and been satisfied, but this time it was not good. Do better next time. Peter Norway.
