"Very good access into the city via tram."

"We were greeted by a great service by Sabrina! She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the questions we presented. She was an excellent staff! Even the ladies from the kitchen were amazing. Sabrina you are a gem🙏"

Sehr sauberes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal."

"Habitación amplia y muy cómoda. Había incluso nevera en la habitación. Todo súper limpio."

"Okay hotel, Great location. Very chic possibly to suit the younger generation. Rooms are very dark and lighting is not great for us older folk"

"The accommodation was clean, but the spa area was out of service due to contamination. Unfortunately, the service at the bar was poor and the staff was very unfriendly. I requested a warm blanket, but it was only provided after my third request. The hotel is conveniently located, which is a definite advantage. However, the temperature in the room was uncomfortably cold, which negatively affected my overall experience."

"Breakfast great"

"Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic. Be warned: rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so you can easily run out of toilet paper and towels in between. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel without daily cleaning. On top of that, the hair dryer in my room didn’t work. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and I slept well each...

Colazione dolce e salata abbastanza varia."

"All aspects of this Best Western Plus Metropole in Strasbourg are in the highest level of service, cleanliness and customer service."

"Enjoyed"
