"Garbage was removed, coffee replaced, beds made and fresh towels daily. Complimentary breakfast of bacon, eggs, sausage and so much more was above and beyond. This is the best service I've had from a motel in years. A+"

Breakfast included was so good... from fresh make your self waffles( gluten free options too) miniture omlettes, hash browns, amazing chicken sausages.. bagels/toast, muffins etc. You name it they had it. Always clean and kept refreshed. Lots of parking and conveniently located!"

"The gentleman at the counter was not very friendly and we had to wait for him to finish what he was doing before he even looked at us. Other then that it was a very comfortable stay."

"Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"

"I booked two pet-friendly rooms online, including what was advertised as a suite. When we arrived, we were informed that the suite was not actually available as a pet-friendly room and one of our reservations was downgraded to a much smaller, lower-quality room. Despite receiving a significantly different room than what was booked, there was no adjustment to the rate. To make matters worse, the downgraded room did not have a working TV, and the overall condition and amenities were nowhere near...

"Definitely a great hotel to stay at. There was some confusion on our check-in about the breakfast being included in our stay, but we were able to iron that out. Otherwise, all the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a room that had been newly renovated, was very nice but the only item that seemed missed was the light fixtures in the bathroom."

"Staff were really polite, the breakfast cook did a great job. Parking was also very easily accessible. My only complaint is that the shampoo bottle in our room was empty on arrival, so no one probably checked it."

"The breakfast menu was great , as usual, one of the reasons we booked our stay here. Our room was disappointing though. The carpets were overworn, the drapes were torn and tattered, in fact one set of sheer draperies was completely missing from the window... There appeared to be extensive water damage overtop the window and the wall paper was wrinkled and coming off the wall. "It’s a large hotel, I liked many things. I liked that the lobby is large and spaced out with seating scattered throughout. The customer service desk staff were great too, super friendly and eager to help. The room we got was 2 queen beds, was also large, it was like it had its own entrance lobby just for your coats and shoes. Everything was super clean, sheets smelled nice and freshly washed, towels too, the bathroom was also squeaky clean. The toiletries provided were great quality too. We...

"Hard to find clean and well kept up properties and this one surpassed my expectations. And the complimentary breakfast is by far the best at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at."
