"The staff was kind and welcoming. The rooms are not air conditioned and with the windows open, and the drapes open to let the air in, you do hear road noise and get early morning light. I was not able to sleep much because of the noise and light. Convenient airport shuttle for 15 pounds."

"Second time I've stayed and is my, 'Go to' when working in West Sussex. Paddy the owner is very organised, the apartment spotlessly clean, on site parking directly outside the apartment, a couple of minutes off the motorway. "

"Four day stay was cancelled on arrival by hotel due to it being used for Government Quarantine Service, we were only allowed a new night stay and had to make our own alternative arrangements. Management were apologetic but didn’t resolve issue of us having no accommodation for 3 nights and no notice. Do not use this hotel Still awaiting refund 😡"

"Does what it says on the tin - we had a small double without windows so we could sleep the night before an early flight. The room is capsule but has all you need for a sleep. Check in and out all via app and room key on your phone. Good air con so nice and cool. And it is literally right by security for South Terminal - we woke up at 5am and were through security by 5.40am!"

"Check in staff need more training. Very disorganised. Didn’t ask if I would like to charge anything to the room and take a credit card as security. So when went to bar they refuse a room charge. Had to go back to reception to give cred it car. Was lied to by the bar staff saying the system was down! On check out asked for itemised bill to check room charges. Took 20 minutes as no one on reception knew how to do it! Have stayed here many time. Staff definitely not as competent. Hotel is starting...
