Before heading out, we called reception and asked if our room could be refreshed and the towels replaced. It seemed like a simple request, but when we came back later, nothing had been done. The towels were still the same, the bedding hadn’t been changed, and the room hadn’t been cleaned at all—even the trash was still there. It was frustrating, especially after taking the time to call and request it."

I walked along the road for a few hundred metres, reading the various house signs before finding the property on a dark, unlit road. I just think some sort of indication should have been given as to the precise location. Apart from that, everything was 5 star."
