"It is important to note that this is a lodge not a hotel. There's no food service on site. Check in details were missing details about how to get into the room. We phoned the assistance number, the person was exceptionally helpful and then requested that £5 cash to be left at the desk to pay for parking. Expedia notes that this is included. Felt like bit of a scam."

Rooms in both the annex and main hotel were spacious and clean, the main hotel perhaps feeling a little more modern. Great breakfast with both continental and hot fresh foods to order. "Really heavy air freshener smell in rooms and hallways (instant headache!), only 1 of each towel so we had to share after a shower, weird entry/drive way with awful speed bumps. Comfy bed, reasonably quiet until 4am when people start getting up and leaving...."
