"We stayed with our two kiddos ahead of a flight and everything was pretty effortless, from check in through to checking out. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even engaged with our kiddos. Highly recommended."

"It is important to note that this is a lodge not a hotel. There's no food service on site. Check in details were missing details about how to get into the room. We phoned the assistance number, the person was exceptionally helpful and then requested that £5 cash to be left at the desk to pay for parking. Expedia notes that this is included. Felt like bit of a scam."

"Used the hotel as a base when visiting family in the local area. Nice location, very safe. All staff were professional and friendly. Rooms in both the annex and main hotel were spacious and clean, the main hotel perhaps feeling a little more modern. Great breakfast with both continental and hot fresh foods to order. Staff in the restaurant were exceptional! We were offered a fan in our room but it did little in the recent heatwave - totally not the hotel’s fault!! But perhaps consider...

"Really heavy air freshener smell in rooms and hallways (instant headache!), only 1 of each towel so we had to share after a shower, weird entry/drive way with awful speed bumps. Comfy bed, reasonably quiet until 4am when people start getting up and leaving...."

Its such a beautiful Bed & Breakfast, with a quiet and relaxing back patio to enjoy with your free beverages, and a lounge area too. My room was so comfortable. "Small room, and the air conditioning automatically shuts off in the middle of the night. The airport shuttle can’t reserved and comes every 40 minutes. Breakfast doesn’t start until 630am. The hotel lobby areas are well designed. It’s a hotel near an airport, so it’s convenient."
