"Great location if flying from Gatwick South terminal. Room was a good size clean and comfortable. We had access to executive lounge which was a bonus(king executive room) and breakfast in the main restaurant was very good with a buffet with lots of choice. Will definitely stay again if flying from Gatwick"

"On arrival needed ID to take a photo of and asked for £5 parking charge per night (these should be highlighted on the booking, and parking included in the price) Room was average, shower had no curtain and took a while to drain, 1 not very big towel per person. Otherwise a pleasant stay for what we needed. "

"Very good for us as we were attending a convention nearby. Happy to give a 4/5, would have been perfect if the bathroom railing wasn't broken off already, and the TV had almost no options for us, as we would need access to a Netflix or whatever account you need for it. Live TV was non existent, believe me, we tried! There were a couple of free channels to watch, but mostly true crime stuff or judge Judy, or the cheesy older films. We found a few options thankfully, but it wasn't the end of the world. :) Had a bit of everything else other than that, fridge, microwave, utensils, etc so you can cook, and storage under the beds for luggage was a plus. Staff were helpful with my queries over the phone as well. Definitely will try this place again if we're in the area. Thanks again for all your help!"
