We phoned the assistance number, the person was exceptionally helpful and then requested that £5 cash to be left at the desk to pay for parking. Expedia notes that this is included. Felt like bit of a scam."

Rooms in both the annex and main hotel were spacious and clean, the main hotel perhaps feeling a little more modern. Great breakfast with both continental and hot fresh foods to order. "Hotel rooms are fine we stay there when we have sporting events we in Crawley we had a decent meal n the evening and breakfast is good . apart from the coffee in my opinion but I’m fussy with coffee , I didn’t sleep very well but again the more me my husband slept ok . Good value if you can get a deal"
