"While the assigned room was without AC, only one fan was provided. We requested an additional fan and was promised one. We never got it until the last night. Unfortunately the additional fan did not work. The windows couldn’t open so the air quality was horrible. Additionally, housekeeping was not available for our three day stay. Based on the above experience, we cannot recommend this property."

"The family room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. Convenient to have a microwave and kettle in the room which makes it so much easier to have a quick meal without going to the restaurant. Staffs were friendly and polite and the pool facility was very clean too, the pool wasn’t not deep so it’s children/beginner Friendly and the water temperature is just perfect, nice and warm. "We were delayed due to train issues but were still welcomed by their staff though we arrived late in the evening. Their rooms are very comfortable and welcoming. What's unique about the Oakhurst Gatwick was their invitation the night before to complete a menu which allowed their chef the next morning to customize your hot meal breakfast, according to your tastes. As a smaller hotel, the atmosphere at breakfast was peaceful, personalized and refreshing. "

"From arrival to checkout, the staff went beyond expectations, being an airport hotel most people are in and out within 24 hours, the staff here treated us like we were long term guests. The room was immaculate, clean refreshed. The staff in the bar were fantastic and welcoming. 5/5 "

"Hótelið var mjög aðgengilegt, snögg innritun, hægt að fá lánaðan converter, staðsetning frábær, vaknað rétt fyrir flug og það tók ekki nema 15 mínútur frá því að yfirgefa hótelið uns búið var að taka lest yfir á næsta terminal, fara í gegnum fast track og vera kominn inn í fríhöfnina. Mæli endalaust með þessu fyrirkomulagi þegar maður á morgunflug snemma að morgni. "

"Arrived a little late and we were greeted with info for our stay.Offered a free beverage and asked for the time we would want breakfast. Comfy ,cosy beds.Tea and coffee provided and biscuits in the room.Only little complaint if you are a light sleeper,planes take off from 5 30am.Great stay lovely staff"
