"The desk person was super helpful. First room assigned smelled of smoke. This is a no smoking facility so we decided we better ask for another room to avoid them charging us extra, thinking we were responsible. Gave us another room with a smile. The areas felt clean but a bit run down. Bed was comfy. Average experience."

"The room was clean with ample space to park. The entire property is looking a little rough around the edges but I wouldn't let that stop you from staying there. You can clearly hear traffic noise but that didn't bother us. Our only issue was the Roku TV which kept trying to connect which made it impossible to watch."

"We had a great experience with Black Hawk. Everything was well maintained and clean with just the right amount of kitsch. There were flowers planted everywhere and other thoughtful touches. We arrived after experiencing reservation issues at another hotel and it was refreshing to have such great customer service after the first hotel failed us. I would definitely return!"

"We had an amazing peaceful stay at this hotel in WD. Newly remodeled, very clean, crisp sheets, comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. The staff upfront was great. Breakfast was also good.
