"I enjoyed my stay. The food in the bar upstairs was great as was the service from Heather on Monday night and Pamela on Tuesday night. I was even able to get the TV channel changed so I could watch the Stanley Cup Playoff game. on Tuesday night. D. Wise"

Came back later to a perfectly cleaned room, a freshly made bed… and a charger that had apparently moved out and started a new life. Front desk: ‘No one was in your room.’ Me: ‘So I cleaned it myself??’ So just to confirm: housekeeping is invisible, and my charger is gone. 10/10 magic trick. "Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. "

"I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues, as I pulled into the lot there was one handicap spot left that I thought I would take but as I pulled around the row of cars the night shift desk clerk parked there before I got there. I found another spot much farther away, as I walked towards the door I noticed the the car that parked in the handicap spot did not have a placard or handicap plate and the 20 something year old jumped out of the car and ran and I do mean ran into the building. "The hotel met the needs of the trip. The staff was accommodating in the ways that they could be— they ran out of blankets which was frustrating because the vents never cut off. And. The young lady from housekeeping took over two hours to clean the room next to mine and spent the entire time with her cousin on speaker phone talking extremely loud.
