"The beds were comfortable and the shower was small but good .The TV was extremely annoying as it kept freezing and dropping out . But for one or two nights you could tolerate it as location is not bad ."

"The photos on Expedia etc are of the marina across the road, the great view. It looks shabby, not chic. Rooms badly need a freshen up with paint, new carpet & a bathroom update.
The linen was good quality & bed was good.
Good location is its selling point. Not really good value for what it is."
