"I had a very important surgery the following morning and I was supposed to wake up at 5 AM. I did not sleep all night. There was a woman screaming like crazy. Worst hotel experience and worst night.!! I will definitely not be back. And the worst part is when we told management there was nothing that could be done."

"We checked in on a Thurs afternoon and the staff member on duty at the front desk was great. He was very gracious and made us feel right at home. When our driver needed help locating the hotel due to construction going on, the staff member got on the phone and gave him directions. Other staff members for the rest of our stay were also very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the waffles and yogurt for breakfast."

"The hotel room was clean. But I was surprised that cleaning service was not offered in the three days we were there. Also there was not shampoo provided nor conditioner either. The rest was all good"

"On line was a bar but on property no bar. Swimming pool was not in use. Air was not working in lobby. In my room sink was not draining but mainteance did fix it. Nets were in room and bathroom picture glass broken."

"We had to swap rooms upon arrival due to the room smelling like cigarette smoke and black mold in the shower. The room we slept in had zero water pressure, a stinky fridge, and random stains all over the walls. We’ll be picking another property next time."

"The elevator has been out of service for over two weeks, which has been a major inconvenience. Guests should have been informed in advance so they could have made other accommodations instead of having to climb four flights of stairs to and from their rooms. In addition, the rooms have an unpleasant odor, and the floors are slippery, making the stay uncomfortable and raising safety concerns. "I LOVED THIS LOCATION! Friendly staff and very clean!"

"We usually stay close to the river, but the noise and late-night activity make it hard to get any rest. On top of that, the parking fees are outrageous. This was our first time staying here, and unless something changes in the future, this will be our new yearly spot! It was clean, peaceful, had beautiful scenery, and best of all—FREE parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!"
