"The staff helped us with directions to find a couple of places in St. John's until we figured out our Map program. They also helped smooth over an issue that was no fault of theirs but they facilitated a positive transition and solution when my travel partner found out her flight reservation was from St.John, N.B. and not St. John's, Nfld. "Parking for handicap people has only 2 spots. Need all the front of the building. Extra parking around the ack but not paved.The toilet in the room should be secured to the floor. The room’s windows, on the outside, were covered with bird poop. Only had a one night stay this occasion and the staff were very polite and stated they they would make the repairs as reported. Great staff."

"Nice large room with a very comfy bed. Close to downtown, so we could walk almost everywhere. It's quite an old building, so you need to accept the stairs and thin walls."
