"Hotel was perfectly located for us. Older couple so Ginza suited better than the areas with full on nightlife. Walkable to shops and restaurants and the train. Room was so clean. Bathroom was fabulous - shower pressure amazing. Hotel has a laundry room which we used and you can watch the progress on the tv in your room. ☺️. Has some nice social areas for relaxing and a great bar. The hotel Provided lounge wear and slippers every day which were an unexpected treat. Loved this hotel. "

"The room was clean but could use a bathroom upgrade. The hotel gym is not a gym. Should be a called a room with a treadmill and three random exercise machines. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Staff is very helpful. Washer & dryer are smaller and take a while to clean/dry. "
