"Great place to stay. We stayed here the night before we flew out of Paris. I wish our stay could have been longer! The room was big but cozy, with a fridge and dishwasher in the little kitchen area, tv, and couch. The breakfast was great. There is a small mini mart in the lobby with snacks and drinks. Front desk staff was very helpful."

"On the plus side: The hotel is very quiet. The insulation must be top notch. Three hundred yards away, you can see planes taxi on the runway and none of that can be heard. Likewise, no noise from neighbors. Kudos! Noise is my chief complaint when I travel. The rooms are modern, the furnishings even a bit cool, and everything is clean. This hotel will not work with us on a refund even tough we tried to cancel our reservation 3 months before arrival and we explained it wasn’t our fault. "I really like the room except that the sink does not work well. The drain system was bad that the water did not go through timely making it hard for me to use several activities in a row: brush your teeth, wash your face. It had to be an interval as otherwise the water was clogged up. "

"during check in, staff did not return my passport, had to return to front desk to retrieve. instead of explaining info about hotel shuttle, instructed me to download app, not helpful. i requested taxi for 6 am pick up the following morning, no taxi. i asked morning staff to re order taxi, still no taxi as we waited. i ended up ordering an uber to take us to airport. no telephone is room. wake up call consisted of staff knocking at our door. would not recommend hotel"
