"The staff don't know what they are doing. They gave my room to someone else and still gave me a key (I walk into someone's stuff) when I came back to complain they say it was my stuff really? It took manages to figure out another room. No toilet paper in the bathroom, no soap refill( it was an empty refill able bottle), no curtains in the shower (Idk this is a French thing). Everyone kept coming back to complain"

"Junior suite room was large and there was air-conditioning. We did request a fan which they had. Significantly better and well worth of money, especially compared to the hotel across the street which was disgusting."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel.It was very clean,spacious. We had a coffee machine in the room,microwave and a small fridge. The bedding was changed every day. We would fresh towels and a two water bottles in the fridge every day.We had breakfast included.Very cute little reception area with so much choice for breakfast."

"The area is very nice and only a 5-10min walk from some restaurants. The park is wonderful to walk through. The hotel is clean and the workers are very friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend this hotel if needing to stay close to the airport."

"The atmosphere in the lobby was nice. You could walk to a little town with a bakery and small grocery store. The rooms were very dark for sleeping. They are trying to be very environmentally friendly. There is no air conditioning and it was very hot for sleeping. They will not let you check in an hour early without paying 20 euro. You have to ask them to fill your water bottle, there is nowhere to do it yourself. They do not respond when you message the property about the shuttle service. The...

"Great hotel close to the airport. They really go above the expected for families. The play area in the lobby, colouring in the rooms. Staff was pleasant, check in was smooth. Beds were comfy. Would return."

"Stayed there for 1 night after a night flight at CDG Airport. First experience with finding the hotel shuttle bus from the airport was a disaster, the signage was not clear, the driver was downright rude and not helpful at all. No help was given with loading the luggage onto the bus. The driver didn't even unlock/open the back for us to put our baggage. Appreciated the 24/7 front desk but would also like to feedback that the front desk staff seem to be temp/part-time staff. They checked me into...

"Everything was excellent-comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathroom, cafeteria yummy food. Except my toilet was not flushing every time."
