"The staff was incredible. I arrived very weary from the trip and in need of several things. Staff assisted very kindly and compassionately throughout my stay. It was the best experience I had in Naples. I would stay there again."

"Clean hotel, but in the warehouse area not near anything of walking distance. Very basic amenities in the room, no wash clothes, no iron or steamer and no hair conditioner only shampoo. Also, cleaning staff didn’t replace water in room. We had the room with a hot tub, the water was warm at best. Not a “hot” tub. The water from the shower was warmer therefore we didn’t use the hot tub. Staff were friendly and the free shuttle was nice. Also, they have parking nearby if you drive here. Roof top...

"Its a camping site with rooms for the ones that dont have tents I guess. I didnt see that when I booked. My bottle purse got stolen from in front of my room, The bathroom lock was broken, Ac didnt work well. The breakfast and fromt desk gentleman were great."

"Swiss airlines lost out luggage so we stay here for one night since it’s really close to NAP airport. Once we mentioned about our luggage’s the front desk offered free toothbrushes and toothpaste, which we truly appreciated =) The pizza over dinner and breakfast selection were amazing! Also easy parking."

"We loved staying here for our family vacation. We traveled all throughout Naples, Rome and Amalfi areas. We especially loved how close it was to the train, the local taxi driver Giulio, and that there was free breakfast and air conditioning. This place is nice neat and simple and gives you all that you need. Saves money staying here vs staying closer to Amalfi. We loved being in between Rome and the coast. We were super close to Pompeii also. Great location"

The family is absolutely fantastic, warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure your stay is perfect. As a solo motorcycle traveler, I especially appreciated how moto-friendly they were. They let me park my motorcycle right in their private courtyard, which gave me complete peace of mind throughout my stay....

"Fantastisk service från receptionen, inte minst från Anthony och Kiara. Hotellet har allt man behöver och ligger alldeles precis tåg och buss-stationen. Det var därför inte så trevligt att sitta på balkongen men närheten övervägde. Mycket trafik förbi, såsom i hela Vico Equence. Fin terrass men dock ingen eftermiddagssol. Väldigt nöjda med boendet ändå och det fantastiska bemötandet."
