"Des draps sales. Changement de chambre à 3 reprises et à chaque fois le même problème se posait, des draps utilisés et sales. L’hôtel est bien, le personnel sympathique mais la problématique des draps laisse un goût amer. L’hôtelier a promis de rembourser la moitié du prix de la chambre mais en vain. Sans nouvelles et aucune compensation à ce jour."

"Really beautiful boutique hotel located with easy access to Newberry and the Commons, the Charles, and BU. Great (expensive) restaurant and bar. Staff was super attentive and responsive. Old google searches indicated they used to have complimentary passes to the neighboring gym. That was a bummer, and they should reinstitute that benefit . The room prices justify that perk for a property that doesn't have room for a gym. "

"This was an interesting hotel and if you have any experience of the raffles brand elsewhere then I would recommend be prepared. The venue is central but overlooking an 8storey multi story car park and rather cramp rooms was not really value add. The suite on the other hand in higher floors were. A butler system which I must say working off some mediocre phone prompts just doesn’t cut it . One looses the will to live when saying I need a shaving kit and al you get back is “is there something else...

"Great location. Nice size room especially the bathroom which was great for my cousin and I to get ready at the same time. Room was clean although I think they could do a better job making the beds. One duvet was wrong side up and quite sloppily put together. The front desk clerks were nice and the staff checked in on day two via text message which is really helpful for any issues and continuity with any issues. That said, there were no robes in the room when we arrived and when we called...
