"The Kendall Hotel is a great and very unique hotel tucked away in downtown Boston. Very clean and great staff. A must stay for any active/retired firefighter as sit is in Old Station 7. Definitely looking forward to returning to the Boston area and booking another stay with them."

"Excellent location in Boston! Very short Uber from Boston Logan International airport. We easily walked from Seaport to Long Wharf. There was great shopping and cute cafes along the way. Our room had a water view, which I highly recommend."

Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive"

"I had high hopes for the Eliot Hotel based on its excellent reviews and charming appearance. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to those expectations. The biggest issue was cleanliness. It seemed like the room had only been spot cleaned. We found a contact lens on the bathroom floor and an empty plastic bag behind the bedroom door, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival. The shower was also incredibly small, making it difficult to use...

"Hotel was conveniently located in a short walking distance to many attractions and sights. It was also very close to the south station which has services that take you directly to the airport for free- otherwise the uber rides are very short/close to the airport as well. We would often walk back later at night and felt very safe. Hotel had great amnesties including a pool, onsite bars and restaurants, and a back patio that faced the water with a bar as well. Staff was beyond helpful and...

"Chic decor, comfy rooms, great staff, excellent restaurant (Contessa). The only things that weren’t perfect were longish waits for one of the three elevators, and 40 minutes to get breakfast room service ( so I advise ordering breakfast the night before to make sure it arrives exactly when you want it). Excellent hotel and great location for exploring boston"

"Everything was very convenient! Between the location, the room, and the wonderful staff working there! This was hands down one of the best hotels we have stayed at! The tablet that controls all the functions in the room is a pretty sweet feature that we have yet to see in other places!! Will definitely be coming back in the future!"
