"The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The staff was super nice and even gave a number to contact them if i needed anything at all. The location was so nice because it was near everything so there was no need for a car as well. The host was very considerate and even included earplugs and a white noise machine because of the close proximity of the railway! Would definitely recommend to others!"

"No face towels. Front desk was not accessible because the phones were down. The Heat was not working & it was freezing in the room! Terrible service, the hotel could not accommodate us with another room. Definitely a huge inconvenience. Great aesthetics at the hotel though. "

The only issue I encountered was a group of teen boys who got on the elevator with me and tried to intimidate me into using my key card so they could go to another floor. When I resisted, they called me racist and crowded in on me. I was able to get off the elevator before the doors closed and onto another one without incident.
