"Everything is great as always. Spacious, clean and updated room. Nice executive lounge. Staffs have a very good service mind. Only complaint is sound insulation needs to be improved. Will be back again next year."

"The first impression was our check in, she made sure to let us know upgrade options, which, to our delight, were affordable and turned out great, loved our river front view and space! King suite. The hotel is smack dab where you want to be, walking distance to every thing! Love Chicago, river front walk, architecture, lake, food! Breakfast buffet was great, friendly faces each morning! Doctor conference, lots of them! We enjoyed our stay! Hope to return!"

"The perfect location with the perfect views! You are in the center of everything whether you want to walk drive or uber. The rooms are spacious and really nice. The restaurant attached is sooooo good we ate there three times I believe it’s called the Beatrix"

"two big issues for me. One; it’s called ‘Hilton Gardens’ and almost all the pictures show the beautiful roof top garden. But when i got there (on a holiday weekend) we where told that the roof top garden is actually part of a restaurant that operates on the property but is not owned by the Hilton. the restaurant was closed therefore there is no access to the garden. so the namesake and most attractive feature is not available to hotel guests whenever the restaurant is close, WHAT? "Good customer service and the food in the lobby restaurants was so good! Also the service at that restaurant is amazing I believe her name was Stephanie, she went out of her way to find me caffeine free Diet Coke. Also, we forgot to tell them that we don’t eat bacon after the hamburger came. They happily to get back and started another hamburger to make sure there’s no bacon residue in it."
