"everything was clean and beautiful"

"The location of the property is excellent for both the city and the beach. The property is extremely clean house keeping was excellent. The room i booked was a pool view room but right in front of my room was a wall but with a side view of the pool. "Absolutely worse experience of my life. Booked weeks in advance for 2 people. Got to hotel was refused entry because my fiance is a Moroccan and we didn’t have marriage certificate. When this was never mentioned before or after booking. They refused to refund. And now my trip was ruined. Was left stranded."

"Everything was good"

"The female reception staff was rude, unkind and not helpful; This was my tenth time in Marokko and my worst experience; I will never recommend a Riu hotel to my friends. However, staff at dinner time was friendly, as was the male reception staff."

"Great architecture and pool area"

"Rooms bespoke, spacious and charming decor. Staff friendly and attentive. Just outside of main area which we wanted and a relaxing stroll to the main beach and restaurant area in Agadir. We liked everything about our stay and will return again when we visit friends that live in Agadir. Thanks Riad Villa Blanche"

The hotel is a little dated in places, and maintenance work was ongoing on the large pool during our visit. We were also disappointed to find that the gym and private beach beds advertised as available at other hotels were not available here. Check-in was...
