"The room was very nice and clean the staff friendly. The only issue was the restaurant Teatro was hit or miss. Food was fine, sometimes only warm, but service was sporadic. Sometimes friendly sometimes not attentive. We didn’t understand why they asked us our room number. It only confused us because we thought they wanted to charge the room. But that wasn’t the case which was fine because we wanted to pay cash. Just didn’t understand why they needed that."

"Perfect stay with my daughter for few days. Staff are so friendly and helpful all the time. Can’t fault the whole experience. The only thing I’d pick on was the smell in the toilet in our room, it’s probably due to the sewage system. The stafff came to attend and fix the smell every time we raise the issue. "The hotel is isolated close to the Samaria gorge’s trail departure. It’s perfect if you plan to visit the gorge. The hotel is a little outdated but it offers everything you need for your stay and is very affordable. The plus is the team. All of them are super nice and they make your stay unforgettable. I recommend everyone to get there just to enjoy being treated nicely in a very natural way."
