"We have traveled extensively throughout Europe and without a doubt this is one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed out! The facilities are beautiful, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The spa is amazing with and the sauna/steam room area is off the charts. We had a junior sea front suite with a small private pool that provided a beautfiul view. "I'm actually quite disappointed with this hotel. I wished I complained when we arrived. First of all, the hotel grounds itself is amazinggggg. Food is amazing. The only let down was the room. The room is so basic for what you pay at this hotel. Everything else is so well thought of but then you go into your room and it's so meh. Nothing speculatar about the room itself. Very underwhelming. We got the pool with private garden and there was no access way to the garden. You have to swim to get to...

However, we made two dinner reservations upon check-in, and neither restaurant had our names on their list. Even though we saw the reservations when we were checking in. Also, unfortunately, they were experiencing power issues, and our electricity went on and off more than 10 times throughout out stay, which is very inconvenient because when the power goes out the air-conditioning and the fan turned...
