"The main restaurant had bad service they got our meals wrong dont order their linguine they give it to you dry when you ask for more fettuccine sauce they told us they didn't have anymore then, they forget my spouse meal and when they bring it the meal is drowning in afredo sauce! Bad servi ce at the lounge the waitress never checked on us for more drinks. No parking"

"We stayed here at this quiet but conveniently located Morel 6, AC worked great during the heat. Occasional issues with wifi signal but other than one neighbor slamming their door all night the area and property was very quiet and comfortable"

"Outdated rooms! Not sure if that’s the vibe, but bathroom outdated, you can actually see the calcium buildup on shower head and faucets. Don’t like that you have to wait in line for pool access and they only let you in after 9 and then they do a pool “break” in the middle of the day, where everyone has to go out of the pool! Not sure what’s that for! Been to many Palm Springs hotels and we were perfectly fine without the pool break! 🙄 Lazy river closes at 6 🙄."

"We stayed in Queens Bedroom with balcony at springs pool tower. The corridor seemed to be dusty, the carpet seem to be old and so was the look of the room espcially the back wall. However, th amenities nd activities outside of the room were engaging."

"This was an unexpected surprise. I came on a last minute business trip but discovered a great place for a group trip. Nine cozy bungalows perfect for private group gatherings . Intimate jacuzzi and heated pool open all night as long as you’re respectful. Kitchenette as well as outdoor BBQ and lounge area. Highly recommend. "

"This property needs a bit of a refresh. Seems a bit run down, all things considered. It was listed as a 5 star property. It’s more around what I would expect out of a 3/4 star motel. Our room was clean. Layout of the room was subpar. Just one chair for two people. The AC can barely keep up with the palm spring weather in March.
