"The stay was fine until one night we tried to get back to our hotel. This property is in downtown Phoenix and we selected it because it was walking distance to the convention center - where we needed to attend a volleyball tournament. However, on a Tuesday night, there was a concert at the Mortage Center near the hotel. All roads surrounding the property were closed and we couldn’t get back to the hotel at 11:30pm at night. "Seems like the employees are still learning to check-in process or the system was not working because it took more than 30 minutes to get a room key. The room was never cleaned(I stayed 2 days), towels never replenished. Cleanliness in the rooms and outside in the lobby was great. Employees are professional and very apologetic for wait time. I would stay here if I needed to for a day but I have had better experiences at other local hotels in the area. "
