"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful palace and it was truly great value for money. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, with daily cleaning service that made our stay even more comfortable. "We received a very warm welcome from the owners, even though we arrived later than planned. We were able to enjoy a toasted sandwich in the peaceful garden. The house itself has been beautifully renovated, and the rooms are decorated with great care, maintaining the old style yet offering all the modern conveniences. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh rolls, homemade jam, and lemonade. A place to return to!"

"The rooms were very clean. Since there was no front desk, communication on arrival with hosts was challenging. Other than that, they were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very delicious, made of pure and whole ingredients."

"Excellent hotel, great breakfast. Park in their garage for 7 E per night or free on the main street 5 min. away. Not much to see or do in Costs Nova but you are on the ocean and only 12 min away from Central Averio. If you think you can sit on the beach don't count on it; the winds are extremely strong most of the time. Still , it's a great spot to stay and get away from the bustle of the city which has plenty of parking, most of it free. Beds in this hotel are descent."

"Hotel is great place to stay if you’re visiting Averio. Only two miles from Costa Nova. Quiet beach town with studio rooms. Only a few feet from beautiful beaches and cafes. Breakfast had a good variety and to top it off the view of lighthouse was spectacular."
