"Treated like a king from minute I arrived. Easily best service at any hotel I have ever had. Unbelievably good. Room are lovely and although paid breakfast it’s was superb for the price. Drinks also were really well priced and on many occasions cheaper than bars. Can’t wait to go back "

"I personally did not have a pleasant stay at this hotel. the room was not great as the ceiling fan was almost falling off the ceiling. it's definitely not what you see on the website. I decided to move hotels after the 2nd night and the hotel would not refund the rest of my money. I reached out to hotels.com and they were not able to assist. "It started off being given 2 single beds when we had specifically booked a double bedded room. The bed was very hard, but moreover it creaked so very badly with the slightest movement I never got a full nights sleep all the time we were there. Sheets were stained, bedding had holes in it.
