"I recommend Genjikoh for the amazing Japanese experience of enjoying the open bath overlooking the ocean and the various activities in the hotel such as the scent workshop. We booked a room for 5 and it was spacious and was pleasantly surprised it has 2 toilets. The sea view was breathtaking. We don’t book the meals as we don’t eat raw food but we had difficulty finding a good eatery outside as there are few amenities nearby and they close early. This place is great for those who drive but...

"The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. "

"This place is a unique place. Especially, if you want to experience a Japanese style place, I highly recommend this place. Facility of this place is even better than 4/5 star hotel. Host is also very friendly and always ready to help."

"裏手は海岸。客室からもオーシャンビュー。客室にユニットバスついてるけど4階に共同浴場もあってそこもオーシャンビュー。
名前にゲストハウスと付いてるけど個室でその辺のビジネスホテルよりしかりしてる。駅から2キロ弱だけど送迎あり。
コンビニやスーパーは離れてるけどレンタルサイクルもあるので散歩したり買い物に出かけられる。
ロケーションもサービスもバッチリでゲストハウスのようなアットホームさもあって最高でした。本当にありがとうございました。"
