"The The location is great and view from the rooftop is exceptional. The rooftop offers a 360 degree view spanning from the Alps to the Mediterranean Sea. The staff unfortunately was not up to par. Marriott offers members the ability to extend their stay which presumably is to be exercised before check out time. We were informed well after cheque out time that our room would not be available until after 4 as the current guest extended their stay. Staff did not offer another room until we...

"Free breakfast in the mornings with fresh squeezed orange juice and large selection of fresh foods. A little walk away from the city which is good as no noise from outside will bother hotel guests. Clean room, good size as well."

The rooms are comfortable, but as the hotel in general, they are a little outdated, and would need some kind of modernization. The rooftop has superb views, but again would need some renovation (showers, access, bar etc). The gym is small and under-equipped. The spa was closed when I stayed there... "The web site photos make the building look huge and elegant. Not so. It was a very plain hotel in a residential area. The rooms do not have a closet or drawers to unpack your luggage so if you’re planning on staying for multiple days, this makes it a bit difficult. There is a wall area with a few hangers but not a closet. The fan in the bathroom did not work and when I inquired on this, they did not have a solution of the problem."
